We will take care of return shipping via USPS First Class Mail with a tracking number for free. Walk-in Repairs
Anyone close to our office in Mission Viejo, CA in Orange County is welcome to walk into our physical shop for a repair. How to tell which Nexus model you have:

There are a couple Nexus models on the market. The Nexus 5X has a back that's made of a rubberized plastic and a camera hold right above the fingerprint reader. If you are still unsure, you can go to the Settings app > About Phone > Regulatory Information. It will tell you the model number there.
