The iPhone X sports a 5.8" screen with one of these three model numbers: A1660, A1778, A1779. The easiest way to tell if you have an iPhone X vs an iPhone XS, XR or XS Max is to check the model number in the Settings App on your iPhone. Go to Settings > General > About and check the model number there. If you click it, it should say one of the model numbers aforementioned. It will display something like this before clicking on "Model": MQCK2LL/A, MQAJ2LL/A & MQAX2J/A. If you bought it between September 2017 and September 21 2018, it is also most likely an iPhone X.
Specs: The iPhone X was released in 2017 as the most premium iPhone ever launched to date at $999. This device sports wireless charging, a glass back, and was the first to ditch the home button in favor of FaceID. Most of the front except for a small notch is all screen. Apple also changed to AMOLED from LCD screens which have deeper blacks and can save battery. Speaking of the battery, it is a 2,716 mAh battery which is a custom made L-shape to take advantage of as much of the internal space as possible. The selfie camera on the iPhone X has also been updated to a 7 MP shooter. The iPhone X comes in two colors: Space Gray and Silver.
The Apple iPhone is a very thin phone and with it's beautiful engineering comes one of it's very few shortcomings - the glass is susceptible to cracking if dropped, bent or enough force pressures the glass. The glass is cracked, but everythign else works including touch.
