Microsoft ended support for Windows 10 on October 14, 2025, which means Windows 10 PCs no longer get security updates. Windows 11 requires TPM 2.0, Secure Boot and a supported processor, which generally means an Intel 8th generation or AMD Ryzen 2000 series processor or newer.
